More locks of hair
From The Friday Flyer in Canyon Lake, CA:

Another young lady recently demonstrated the meaning of giving with a very special act. According to her parents, Mark and Anita Polzin, Erin Polzin, age 5, became very excited about “giving” when she learned about it in Bible school, donating 10 inches of her hair to Locks of Love. “She understands what her donation will mean to someone out there who is very special,” says Anita. Stephanie Reinner of Regis Hair Salon in Temecula cut it for her. Erin is a student at Menifee Taekwondo Studio, where the tenets of Taekwondo are “Honor, Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, Courage and Community.” Erin’s action donating her hair is for “Community: to do good not only for ourselves and those closest to us, but for neighborhoods, countries, the world and even the universe.” According to Anita, Erin’s comments on her new haircut were, “I love it!”
