An editor at a lifestyle magazine by day, Beth agreed to take on the editorial duties of the People, Places and Things departments of NICE. She loves fresh baked cookies, putting ties on her pet Labrador and arm wrestling naysayers anywhere, anytime. Beth still holds the record at her high school for most wins in a season for girls singles tennis. Not only has she won awards for editing a weekly magazine, she also won the cake walk at the Boone County Fair in Missouri in 2002.
